This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and strategic design leader to shape impactful campaigns within the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. As Art Supervisor, you will drive the visual direction of complex projects, ensuring cohesion, creativity, and excellence across all deliverables. Working closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams, you’ll lead concept development, manage design execution, and guide junior creatives. The role offers high visibility, autonomy, and collaboration with clients through workshops and presentations. You’ll thrive in a supportive, remote-first environment focused on purposeful teamwork and innovation. Accountabilities: • Lead and oversee creative development for complex campaigns while supporting smaller initiatives. • Partner closely with copywriters to deliver compelling and strategically aligned concepts and executions. • Manage design workloads to optimize productivity and ensure high-quality creative output. • Develop and review creative briefs that inspire innovative solutions and align with brand strategy. • Ensure visual cohesion and brand consistency across all projects and platforms. • Present creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert design insight. • Mentor and guide junior designers, conducting reviews and setting achievable growth goals. • Participate in client workshops, live sessions, and occasional team meetings to foster collaboration and chemistry. • 5–7 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment. • Proven background in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing. • Strong team leadership and mentoring experience. • Deep understanding of creative best practices across digital and traditional channels. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal meetings. • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and PowerPoint. • Exceptional conceptual thinking and collaboration skills, especially in art-copy partnerships. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Remote-first work model with flexible collaboration sessions. • Competitive salary based on experience. • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. • Paid time off and wellness programs. • Professional development opportunities and mentorship. • Inclusive, diverse, and creative company culture focused on growth and innovation.
