Associate Licensed Therapist

Location: Remote (must be licensed in Arizona) Hours: 10–20 hours/week (minimum 10–15 billable hours/week) Compensation: $30–$40/hour depending on experience and licensure level About Anchor to Elevate Anchor to Elevate is a telehealth-based therapy practice rooted in identity development—for both clients and clinicians. We are committed to fostering the next generation of reflective, self-sufficient therapists. Position Overview We are seeking a thoughtful, growth-oriented therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for associate-level therapists looking to deepen their clinical niche, build sustainable referral networks, and develop toward long-term professional goals—with the support of supervision, mentorship, and administrative infrastructure. What We Provide • Weekly clinical supervision with MFT-approved supervision per state of AZ requirements • Relational hours for MFTs • Guidance in niche development and identity as a therapist • Administrative support including billing, client onboarding, and EHR • Flexible scheduling within telehealth model • Supportive, collaborative work environment with optional peer consultation Required Qualifications • Active associate license (LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT) or independent license in Arizona • Availability to work 10–20+ hours/week, including 10–15+ billable hours • Comfort working independently and managing a virtual caseload • Commitment to culturally responsive, justice-informed care Preferred • Interest in identity-focused work or niche area of practice • Desire to grow within a collaborative, mission-driven team • LAMFT license preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Base Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week Work Location: Remote
