Title: PFS Business Analyst Location: FL-Clearwater Clearwater: BayCare Sys Office East Business and Administrative Full Time Clearwater | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00PM | Exempt | Hybrid Job Description: BayCare is looking for its next Business Analyst – Revenue Cycle & Process Improvement! If you have strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic healthcare environment. What You’ll Do in This Role Build strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams. Audit and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel. Document processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Support major projects, process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and productivity analysis. Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly expense reports. Review vendor contracts and perform comparative analysis. Deliver presentations and training to directors and VP-level stakeholders. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of Revenue Cycle or Project Management experience OR Master’s degree in a related field with 2 years of Revenue Cycle or Project Management experience Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with large datasets. Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Finance background or experience with variance analysis. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
