We are seeking a Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance business outcomes. In this role, you will own the end-to-end data workflow, from building robust data infrastructure and pipelines to running experiments and delivering clear analyses. You will empower teams with self-serve analytics, champion a data-driven culture, and contribute to improving products and processes across the organization. Accountabilities · Drive strategic insights by analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations for go-to-market strategies and product development. · Translate complex findings into clear, understandable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Build and scale data infrastructure, including pipelines, transformation, and orchestration processes to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. · Develop self-serve analytics platforms that empower teams to access and leverage data effectively. · Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, measure impact, and support continuous improvement in products and processes. · Establish and promote best practices for data usage and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams. · 4+ years of professional experience in data science or related fields. · Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R. · Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques. · Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools. · Proven ability to communicate data insights effectively through storytelling and visualization. · Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. · Experience in financial technology, investment, or analytics environments is a plus. · Competitive base salary: $155,000–$210,000, plus discretionary bonus program and equity participation. · Flexible, unlimited paid time off. · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and families. · Life insurance and disability benefits. · 401(k) retirement savings plan (U.S. employees). · Paid parental leave. · Access to proprietary tools and platforms to enhance professional growth. · Flexible remote work options combined with in-person collaboration opportunities.
