As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance, ultimately driving their success and ours. About the Role As a Technical Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via Slack and email, responding to their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be crucial in helping customers navigate our product, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You'll work closely with our CEO, engineering team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, activation, and ongoing support for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries over Slack and email within 1 hour, addressing technical issues, onboarding challenges, and strategic questions related to our product Become a domain and product expert, enabling you to provide authoritative guidance and advice to customers Collaborate with the CEO to ensure customers are successfully onboarded and activated within 30 days of starting with us Monitor customer activity, re-engaging those who show signs of underutilizing our product and identifying opportunities for expansion Identify and report bugs or suboptimal experiences in the product, working with the engineering team to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience Scope out additional users within customer companies to uncover expansion opportunities Work closely with the engineering team to test new features and releases, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations About You To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical expertise, customer-centricity, and exceptional communication skills. You should be: In the top 5% of individuals in terms of organization, diligence, and responsibility Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills Customer-oriented, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed Familiar with basic software engineering concepts, although coding is not required for this role Able to debug basic technical issues, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies Essential Qualifications: Science or Engineering degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent experience Excellent English communication skills, particularly in written customer-facing interactions Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and guidance Familiarity with Developer Console in Chrome or MongoDB query writing Basic understanding of software engineering principles and debugging techniques What We Offer By joining blithequark, you'll become part of a dynamic, innovative team that's shaping the future of social selling and intent data.
