Interior & Exterior Designer Needed – modern, Functional Home + Backyard Design
I’m looking for an experienced interior and exterior designer to help reimagine a few rooms in my home as well as the backyard. The goal is to create a cohesive and comfortable environment that feels modern, elegant, and livable for a family. Scope of Work: Interior design for [specify rooms – e.g., living room, dining area, primary bedroom, guest room, etc.] Exterior and backyard design (layout, furniture, lighting, and overall flow) Space planning and furniture placement Mood boards and design concepts 3D renderings (optional but preferred) Color palette and material recommendations Furniture and décor suggestions with sourcing links Style Preferences: Clean, transitional aesthetic — modern lines, warm tones, and inviting textures. We want the house to feel elevated but still family-friendly and functional. Deliverables: Design concepts for each area Visual mockups and renderings Material/furniture lists (with vendor or online links) Optional: basic layout drawings or floor plan adjustments Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in residential interior design (please include portfolio links) Comfortable working remotely with video calls and file sharing Able to translate inspiration images into practical design solutions Bonus: Experience designing outdoor or backyard spaces Timeline: We’d like to start the project immediately and work on it room-by-room, with milestones for each phase.
