Job Summary of Retail Customer Relations Coordinator:

Ready to take your passion for sports to the next level? As a Retail Customer Relations Coordinator you will: Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience; Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management; Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions; Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Join Dick's Sporting Goods in their mission to become the ultimate destination for athletes and sports enthusiasts!
