What You Will be Doing: The primary purpose of this position is to provide executive level and confidential administrative support to the CIO and Deputy CIO. As the Executive Support Specialist 2, you will perform, coordinate, and oversee technical and administrative duties, including varied and complex assignments involving knowledge of change management and process improvement. You will interpret and apply policies and procedures to provide support related to non-routine and highly sensitive personnel matters. In this role, you will also coordinate communications internally and externally and perform a significant amount of detailed administrative office work in terms of correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and scheduling.
