### Job Brief:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at **PrimeConnect Solutions** in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be expected to work on-site in our Columbus office during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

### Responsibilities:

? Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.

? Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company?s customer service policies and agreements.

? Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a harmonious service environment.

? Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients as needed.

? Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact customer experiences.

? Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions.

? Follow up on customer calls and contacts as necessary.

### Requirements:

? High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.

? Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

? Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.

? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

? Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
