As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on Apple products and services?all through live chat. You?ll get to work remotely, assisting customers in real-time while representing one of the world?s most iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities: ? Engage with customers via chat to provide product information, troubleshooting, and technical support ? Efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries with professionalism and care ? Work closely with internal teams to escalate and... resolve complex matters ?
