Key Responsibilities
? Provide virtual teaching and tailored support to students with special needs, both individually and in small groups.

? Leverage virtual platforms to effectively engage students in interactive learning experiences.
? Track student progress, evaluate their strengths and areas for improvement, and deliver consistent feedback and motivation.
? Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and fellow education professionals to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to individual student needs.

Qualifications
? Master's Degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
? Active certification in Special Education from New York State, or a commitment to obtain certification prior to commencing the role.
? Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and technology for effective remote instruction.
