Job Responsibility Implement of CS order processing – ticket ordering prepare and manage daily / monthly usage revenue report to management team prepare monthly usage statement & CS report Support CS daily operations & Sales Admin support to service team Back up support to CS Officer and Service administrator Assist with Ad-hoc project / event Requirement University graduate with 1-3 years working experience in customer service .
