The role will involve building effective tooling around AI and automation solutions to amplify the team's impact and streamline manual processes.
Requirements
• Manage the intake, evaluation, and implementation of automation and tool requests from operations teams
• Develop unified analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance across systems
• Drive internal adoption of AI agents by making tools accessible, understandable, and valuable to ops stakeholders
• Maintain clear operational documentation for all new automations used within the team
• Provide structured feedback to help align AI agent behavior with actual business workflows
