Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join as Airline Ground Staff for major airlines including Indigo and Air India. As a Ground Staff member, you will be the face of the airline, responsible for delivering a seamless and pleasant experience to passengers both on and off the ground. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aviation, hospitality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival terminals.

Verify travel documents, issue boarding passes, and provide flight-related information.

Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and those requiring wheelchair services.

Handle baggage-related queries and coordinate with security and logistics teams.
• *
Maintain safety, order, and cleanliness in passenger service areas.

Coordinate with flight crew, ground security, and airline management to ensure timely operations.

Manage delays, cancellations, and rerouting processes professionally and efficiently.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass from a recognized board.
• *
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
• *
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation systems preferred).

Customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities.

Physically fit and able to work on shifts, including standing for extended hours.
