We are a growing apparel retail brand seeking an experienced Demand Planner & Inventory Analyst with direct experience in retail apparel inventory planning. This role is focused on merchandise planning, sell-through analysis, and retail allocation — not manufacturing or production planning.

What You’ll Do
• Keep track of how much inventory we need and when we need it for various product categories and across seasons.
• Work with different teams (sales, stores, online, and warehouse) to stay on top of what’s selling and what’s coming next.
• Double-check orders and help stores get the right products entered into the system.
• Look at sales numbers and trends to help decide what we should order more (or less) of for each of our selling channels.
• Help move products around if one store or channel has too much or too little.
• Create simple reports that explain what’s happening with sales and inventory.
• Join team meetings to share updates, problems, and ideas.
• Look for ways to improve how we plan and keep track of products.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of retail apparel inventory planning experience
• Experience planning seasonal assortments in a retail environment
• Experience managing size curves, color ratios, and SKU productivity
• Background in retail POS-driven inventory analysis
• Experience supporting wholesale and/or DTC retail channels (if applicable)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
• Experience with ERP, MRP systems and data visualization tools.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
This role is not a fit for candidates with experience exclusively in:
• Manufacturing production planning
• Logistics-only inventory management
• Amazon marketplace planning
• CPG / food & beverage demand planning

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
