Role: Application Developer – CA Plex / SQL Server (Legacy Systems)

Eligibility: Candidates must reside within the Continental United States and be comfortable working EST hours
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Developer with deep expertise in CA Plex (or similar 4GL/model-driven environments) and SQL Server/T-SQL to support and enhance enterprise-level legacy systems. This is a fully remote role requiring candidates to work EST hours.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in application development
• 7+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
• 7+ years of experience maintaining and supporting legacy or enterprise systems
• 10+ years of strong debugging and troubleshooting experience
• 7+ years of experience with CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven development platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with government or judicial systems (e.g., South Carolina courts)
• Experience with generated languages such as C++, Java, or .NET (from Plex)
• Familiarity with batch processing and transactional systems
• Experience with API integrations
• Exposure to data warehousing environments
• Understanding of case lifecycle processes (filed, pending, disposed)
• Knowledge of court performance metrics (e.g., backlog, clearance rates)
