• Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients using targeted scripts and personalized messaging
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure high-quality appointments
• Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and optimize outreach strategies
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate interest in technology or business solutions and nurture relationships over time
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting webinars, events, or campaigns that enhance lead engagement
• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on appointment setting or lead generation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions
