Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Cerner or other EMR systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working in a matrixed or complex work environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic administrative and technical support to assigned leaders and teams
- Ability to independently schedule appointments and answer incoming calls within three months of hire
