AIPAC is a leading organization dedicated to engaging a national base of pro-Israel advocates. The Digital Data Analyst is responsible for measuring and analyzing data streams to support the organization's digital initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop new complex reports and dashboards using various BI tools currently available at AIPAC
- Identify, recommend, and develop reports and data fields that would advance AIPAC’s digital objectives
- Ability to understand internal business rules and document requirements
- Ability to inform staff on using developed reports
- Identify and adopt AI-powered tools to assist with data cleaning, exploration, and basic analysis
- Translate AI-assisted analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Development/maintenance of upload processes from Excel files to the existing database
- Collaborate with others to provide operational analysis to the business
- Creating one-off reports with any of the dozens of variables saved in the AIPAC data lake
- Working directly with AIPAC’s internal tech teams as well as outside vendors
- Developing a weekly report with stats to be shared with key stakeholders
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst
- Experience using data mining tools like Business Objects or SAS and Salesforce
- Proficient in multiple reporting tools Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
- Proven track record in delivering analytical reporting/solutions which have impacted institutions
- Excellent communication, written and collaboration skills
