Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Azure Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud-native, integration-led architectures across modern enterprise platforms.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys translating complex business workflows into scalable, secure Azure solutions—and seeing them through from design to delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping Azure architecture, enabling system integrations, and guiding development teams to build high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Own
Azure architecture across integration, data, and application layers
System integration patterns connecting CRM platforms, core systems, and external tools
Design and implementation of scalable, secure Azure-native solutions
Translation of business requirements into implementable technical designs
Hands-on technical leadership and guidance for developers
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Azure-based integration architectures
Define data movement, orchestration, and transformation strategies
Lead API design and system interaction patterns
Establish and maintain secure Azure environments
Guide engineers, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support delivery teams
Participate in technical and solution-focused discussions with stakeholders
Must-Have Qualifications
7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or architecture
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Proven experience designing and working with distributed systems and APIs
Deep familiarity with Azure services including:
Logic Apps
Azure Functions
API Management
Dataverse
Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns
Technical Skills
API and integration design
Data orchestration and transformation
Azure security fundamentals and best practices
Ability to bridge business needs with technical execution
Nice-to-Have Experience
Background in insurance or regulated enterprise platforms
Exposure to Dynamics 365
Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric)
DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience
Post-merger or large-scale system integration experience
