Job Summary
We’re seeking a Bid Coordinator to support our K 12 bid activity. This role focuses on reviewing bid requests, coordinating pricing with manufacturers, and preparing accurate, on time submissions. The Bid Coordinator plays an important role in helping our partners remain competitive in education markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Review bid requests from K-12 institutions to confirm product alignment and submission requirements
• Prepare accurate bid documentation and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate pricing information with manufacturers to support competitive responses
• Partner with sales representatives to align on bid opportunities and strategies.
• Track bid submissions and outcomes, including awarded and non-awarded items.
• Maintain bid logs and assist with reporting on bid activity and results
• Identify products not currently on bid and recommend opportunities for future submissions.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
• Experience in bid coordination, procurement, sales support, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to track information, organize data, and support basic analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM or database experience a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
