Biology Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training
About The Role

We're looking for Biology Experts with Masters or PhD-level credentials to help build and refine the next generation of AI models — ensuring they think with scientific rigor, depth, and real-world accuracy.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a passion for scientific precision.

What You'll Do
• Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
• Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, nuanced problem statements
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning
• Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and depth across all deliverables
• Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
• Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, etc.)
• Strong expertise in one or more of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
• Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• Fluent in English
Nice to Have
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Exposure to computational biology, systems biology, or related interdisciplinary fields
• Background in academic research, peer review, or scientific writing
