Job Scope
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal development team.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate client needs and feedback into detailed technical specifications for developers.
- Facilitate meetings, walkthroughs, and discussions to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure they meet business expectations.
- Support project management activities such as timeline tracking, sprint planning, and issue escalation.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to bridge understanding between client and technical teams.
- Provide functional and technical support during testing, UAT, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate closely with Java developers to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator/Manager capacity.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and bridging technical and business discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
