Our established Bay Area practice — known for its good reputation and positiveclient reviews on both Yelp and Google — is seeking an experienced attorney to provide immediate support on active matters and manage a robust, ongoing caseload. About the Role
Primarily remote work with flexible scheduling, except for occasional court appearances. You will independently manage a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related litigation. Key responsibilities include:
· Managing active cases from initiation through resolution
· Direct client communication and strategic case development
· Drafting pleadings, motions, and other required filings
· Court appearances as needed
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive and flexible compensation structure tailored to experience:
· Annual salary between $190,000 and $200,000

What We’re Looking For
Required qualifications:
· Active California Bar license (in good standing)
· Substantial experience in California family law
· Strong litigation and courtroom experience

· Technical proficiency with MyCase, Xspouse, Essential Forms, QuickBooks, Adobe, and Dropbox
