As a Remote Call Center Retention and Collections Representative, you will be responsible for the collection of delinquent and/or past-due payments on accounts. In addition to the collection of repayment, we are looking for experienced candidates to use their high-value selling skills to meet service-to-sales customer retention targets. You will: Retain customers at risk of terminating their service and reward loyal customers by reselling the value, features and benefits of our clients amazing products and services Demonstrate excellent customer service and thorough knowledge of our clients products and services to resolve requests and retain accounts Engage customers by phone and create interaction experiences where customers end their call Happy, Satisfied and Feeling Valued Do you have experience working in a customer service sales environment?
