Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Specialist to work with our clients. The Call Center Specialist will work in a call center environment and will make inbound as well as outbound call to customers As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding products and services as well as providing general information regarding questions and issues. As a Call Center Specialist, you must have at least 1 year’s experience in a customer service role within a call center environment. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills. Responsibilities • Answering bound and making outbound calls to customers in a professional manner • Researching information using multiple resources and routing calls to the appropriate resource • Provide customers with product and service information and resolve customers concerns and complaints • Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues • Completing call log and producing call reports • Provide follow up customer calls when necessary Requirements • Strong data entry/typing skills and computer skills • Experience selling products or services over the phone • A High School Degree or equivalent • Must be age 18 or older Apply Job!
