Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and highly effective Change ManagementExecutive Strategy Leader to drive complex transformation while shaping the executive narrative that enables adoption and sustained impact. This role blends handson change execution with highvisibility leadership support, ensuring transitions are not only operationally sound but clearly understood, wellsupported, and strategically positioned across senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in service delivery transitions, strong program leadership, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling executivelevel messaging that drives confidence and decisionmaking. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise ChangeTransformation Leadership • Lead endtoend transitions of service delivery responsibilities across teams and locations, ensuring all tollgates, milestones, and readiness criteria are met. • Design and maintain integrated change and transition plans that align operational execution with broader organizational strategy. • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate training execution, readiness testing, and requirements. • Ensure appropriate checks, controls, and governance are in place to support seamless transitions (e.g., colleague services, separations, or other shared services functions). Executive CommunicationsStakeholder Strategy • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling executivelevel communications that articulate change rationale, progress, risks, and outcomes. • Shape the strategic narrative for organizational transformation, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities, business objectives, and enterprise change standards. • Prepare leadership briefings, executive readouts, and decision materials to support timely, informed sponsorship and governance. • Anticipate stakeholder concerns and proactively manage messaging to maintain trust, engagement, and momentum. ProgramStakeholder Management • Build and manage detailed project plans, integrating change, communications, and execution activities. • Facilitate routine program and leadership meetings to monitor progress, surface risks, and drive issue resolution. • Lead crossfunctional alignment forums to ensure shared understanding, accountability, and readiness across impacted groups. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing operational realities with strategic intent. Required Qualifications • Proven experience in Change Management, Executive Support and Communications, including work across distributed teams or locations. • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success influencing senior leaders. • Experience developing and managing project tollgates, readiness assessments, and governance models. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex change into executiveready messaging. • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fastmoving, ambiguous environments. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, Prosci, or similar change or project management certification. • Experience supporting largescale or global organizational transformations. Due to national and international operations, a start time of 8:00 am EST is required.
