Job Description:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and champion AmeriSave’s enterprise-wide strategy for Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Agentic & Generative AI Innovation: Lead the design and deployment of Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making, multi-step task execution, and adaptive learning.
• Infrastructure & Talent: Oversee the development of robust AI infrastructure, including model pipelines, data governance, and observability.
• Change Management & Evangelism: Foster a culture of AI fluency and experimentation across the organization.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Agentic AI, LLMs, or Generative AI systems.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions at scale in regulated industries (e.g., fintech, banking, insurance).
• Deep expertise in AI architectures, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), and model fine-tuning.
• Strong understanding of AI safety, alignment, and governance principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (PhD preferred).
