Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in compliance processes. Helpdesk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for compliance-related queries and concerns. Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding compliance policies and procedures. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related activities. Prepare comprehensive reports for management and regulatory authorities as required. Training and Education: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver compliance training programs. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to update training materials. Required Skills: Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex information and identify compliance issues. Excellent Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer Service: Prior experience in a customer-facing role or helpdesk support. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
