Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer problems. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
