As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the customer service database. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
