Position Overview
Netflix is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a part-time remote employee, you will help ensure that our members have an outstanding entertainment experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues.
- Guide members through Netflix’s features and ensure an optimal user experience.
- Document and track customer interactions using internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements.
Requirements
- Residency: Must be based in the United States.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.
- Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
