Your Key Responsibilities Customer Service Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner Track and resolve customer issues or route them to the appropriate department Maintain clear, accurate records of all customer interactions Coordinate scheduling or updates between clients and field/project teams Data Entry & Administrative Support Accurately input and update project, billing, and contact data into internal systems Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms Assist in preparing digital documents, reports, and job status summaries Support administrative duties for the operations, accounting, and field teams What You Bring Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with phone/email interactions in a remote setting Strong typing skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience with CRM, construction management tools, or job-tracking software is a plus Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks independently Why Work With Us?
