About the Role: We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level, fully remote role is perfect for someone passionate about helping others and excited to grow in the travel industry. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every traveler feels supported and cared for.
What You’ll Do: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide information about our tours, packages, and services to help customers make confident travel decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, always aiming for a positive resolution.
- Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, or special requests.
