Contact Lens King is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer focused, Customer Service Representative whose role is to answer incoming calls from customers, contact existing customers, educating and providing customers with information on our products and services, and professionally and efficiently handling inquiries and working with customers to resolve them in a positive manner. Description: The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for: Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on issues or inquires. Complete special projects as directed by management. Reply to customers using technologies such as Email and Live Chat. Represent Contact Lens King in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner in all matters.
