Job Summary We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our Medicare members. As a key member of our team, you'll educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues with empathy and patience. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity, available to candidates in the PST/CST/MST time zones, with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.
