**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring process efficiency by coordinating fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians
* Providing exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring 100% follow-up with customers
* Accurately obtaining and entering patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details
* Escalating complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action
* Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A valid CPhT license (if residing in AZ) or MA Tech license (if residing in MA); Preferred CPhT
* Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
* A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload (if working from home)
