Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information, adhering to established customer service protocols and guidelines. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-centric mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
