Job Summary: Join our dynamic team at Workwarp as a Customer Service Specialist II, specializing in Animal Services. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide exceptional support to our customers and the Animal Services - Pet Services team. As a remote customer service specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service via telephone, in person, in writing, and online.
