Key Responsibilities: Where Your Skills Shine Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers and patients by greeting them warmly and providing assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently to ensure a positive experience. Supporting Pharmacy Operations: Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy, using pharmacy systems to attain patient and drug facts and process prescriptions accurately. Checkout Expertise: Register sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, honest, friendly, and efficient checkout service. Promoting Products and Services: Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest alternate or additional products to enhance their shopping experience. Maintaining Store Operations: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take stock, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required. Pharmacy Support: Assist pharmacists with tasks such as retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceuticals, verifying medication accuracy, and checking for potential interactions. Inventory Management: Support the Pharmacy Department with inventory control activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing pharmaceuticals. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products and maintain knowledge of company asset protection techniques. Visual Merchandising: Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale products, and complete resets and revisions as directed. Additional Responsibilities: Provide customer service in the photo area, assist with online pick-up orders, and contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly store environment. Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service. Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare products (training provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: What Sets You Apart Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting. Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems. Certification in pharmacy support or a related field. Bilingual or multilingual skills. Skills and Competencies for Success Customer service excellence.
