Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. Maintain performance goals and strive for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Become proficient in our processes after completing a structured training program, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt. Requirements and Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus. Excellent communication and organization skills. Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications. Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency. Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher).
