Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for responding to clinician and patient billing-related inquiries, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing clear and concise information on Labcorp processes and policies. Maintain excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries. Identify areas for improvement and suggest potential solutions to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, billing, and lab teams, to resolve customer inquiries and drive patient satisfaction. Effectively communicate, resolve, and document billing-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Participate in projects that drive process improvements and innovation. Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of customer service experience required. Previous healthcare or call center experience strongly preferred. Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred. Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps). Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce). Bilingual a plus.
