Job Responsibilities • Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails within a timely manner • Log detailed notes into company software as they are completed • Make daily inbound and outbound calls • Provide customers with updates when needed • Update and maintain electronic customer records including contact details, issues, and resolutions • Update billing information • Analyze progress and set goals to improve customer satisfaction • Participate in regular staff meetings, trainings, and report on any customer issues • Assist team members when needed • Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner Job Skills & Qualifications Required: • Ability to work in office (this is not a remote position) • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to comfortably sit for long periods of time • Attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Computer proficiency • Problem-solving ability • Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate customer issues • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Bilingual Preferred • Previous customer service experience • Sales experience • Bilingual Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Required) Language: • Spanish, Russian (Required) Work Location: In person Apply Job!
