Key Responsibilities: Active Listening and Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support. Plan Options and Coverage Guidance: Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to help them make informed decisions. Enrollment Processing: Process new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency. Exceptional Customer Experiences: Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic and memorable interactions. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide exceptional support. Your Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Active License to Sell P&C Insurance: A valid license to sell Property and Casualty insurance is required. Residency in the United States: You must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Passion for Helping Others: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support. Patient and Empathetic Nature: The ability to remain patient and empathetic in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Background Check and Drug Screen: The ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Language Skills: Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English).
