Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers Handle customer service inquiries and problems Receiving inbound customer calls Identify what are the customers needs and then route them to the appropriate department Handling a blended call center environment with make outbound and taking inbound calls This position supports sales and is centered on different client campaigns related to corporate needs Document all call information accurately in the system Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required 1 to 2 years of related experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in outbound calling techniques Outbound dialing, upselling experience preferred Telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling phone sales is a plus Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus Ability to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task Job Details: Full time: M-F Pay: $18.00-$19.00 Job type: Remote -flexible shifts between 8am-11pm EST Company Description About Pathfinders, Inc.
