Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries. Check and provide pricing information for auto parts. Process orders for customers who choose to purchase. Collect customer information and email invoices to collect payments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a smooth purchasing experience. Call dealers and verify the part numbers to make sure the part is correct. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in customer service or sales it's a must. Previous experience with auto insurance companies is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly check and relay product pricing. Basic computer skills for invoicing and record-keeping. Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of auto parts preferred but not required Must be able to work independently.
