Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical experts to drive successful outcomes. Develops client engagement models that drive business value and growth. Identifies, explores, conveys, and influences key client technical and business stakeholders at various levels. Guides and leads discussions to facilitate the achievement of client business goals by leveraging Microsoft's expertise and solutions. Technical Relevance: Stays up-to-date with Microsoft's cloud services and solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics. Applies technical expertise and industry knowledge to translate client needs into business outcomes and value. Identifies client scenarios and aligns with technical experts to identify relevant cross-cloud technology solutions. Client Success Strategy: Develops and executes client success strategies that align with Microsoft's cloud services and solutions. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop a shared client account plan that supports client goals and objectives. Proactively identifies opportunities for growth, optimization, and adoption. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management. 2+ years of experience with cloud services, particularly in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 2+ years of experience working with Account and Delivery teams to develop and execute client success strategies. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced degree in a related field. Additional experience in cloud services, particularly in Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience working with large, complex customer organizations. Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft's cloud services and solutions. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
