About the Role As a Customer Success Manager at Starbucks, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing and personalization technology initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to design, build, and deliver cutting-edge digital experiences that elevate the Starbucks brand and drive business growth.
