Position Summary: Company: Workwarp, a TEKsystems partner Compensation: Competitive salary Location: 100% Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our team on a contract basis. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for retailers, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities: Respond to 25-30 calls per day from retailers, addressing their questions and concerns about orders, claims, and other related issues Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping Research and resolve problems with orders and claims in a timely and efficient manner Populate data and participate in workflow processes within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as assigned Requirements: 1-2 years of call center experience 1 year of customer service experience Baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement) 40 WPM typing speed (will be tested) Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 7AM-8PM (plus occasional Sundays) High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer: Competitive salary 100% remote work opportunity Opportunity to work with a leading company and deliver exceptional customer experiences Collaborative and dynamic work environment How to Apply: We encourage you to apply, even if you feel you're not a perfect match.
