Requirements and Skills Proven Experience : Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role. If you have experience in the banking, telecom, or related industry, that's a plus! Technical Skills : Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools. You should also have a good understanding of CRM systems and their functionality. Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role. You should be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
